Dry

Clean up manure and litter. Scrape the chicken manure off the manure board as clean as possible (you can use an electric scraper, etc.). In addition, remove chicken manure and litter from the chicken house floor, chicken manure trough, etc. Cleaning in the chicken coop. Use brushes, brooms, vacuum cleaners, cleaning cloths, etc. to clean up the dust and dirt from the roof, lighting, beams, beams, side walls, chicken coops, ventilation fans, ventilation openings, vents, etc. Work from top to bottom first, and clean the fixed dirt with an iron brush.

Cleaning of feeding equipment. After the chicken house is emptied, clean up all the remaining feed on the feeding line, especially the residual feed in the trough, the corners of the conveyor chain, and the hopper. When cleaning, use vacuum cleaners, blowers, iron brushes, etc. In addition, under the feed chain, insert wood chips with grinding implements to run the chain and remove the stuck feed residue.

Cleaning of egg collection equipment. When cleaning, use steam cleaners and power sprayers, etc., and only use water flow to pressurize them. The naked eye is clean, but the number of bacteria after cleaning is only reduced by about 1/10. In contrast, when brushing is used, the number of bacteria can be reduced to 1/100, and the floor of the chicken house, the water feeder, the board for receiving feces, and the utensils for removing feces and other seriously polluted utensils are washed with water at the same time. , apply a brush.

Cleaning. Remove all chickens in the coop (including dead chickens and chickens outside the cage). As the house is emptied, mice and hygienic pests that may become vectors of pathogenic microorganisms are exterminated. Turn off all power sources before starting cleaning and disinfection operations. Motors, switches, etc. that cannot be moved in the chicken house should be blown with a blower, and the chicken house should be cleaned with a brush or other methods. Bacteria are easy to multiply under the condition of dirt accumulation and humidity. So after cleaning, quickly carry out the water washing operation according to the method of low pressure of 1378.4~2068.5 kPa (14~21 kg/square meter). If you use a sprayer, follow the standard spray of 40~120 liters/minute.
